neXus - A New Approach to Subscriber and Service Management
The ComAbility neXus platform encapsulates many years of
experience integrating subscriber and service aware networks
for mobile, wireless, and wireline service providers. With
one platform and access to specific components neXus
provides uniform solutions for converged access networks,
where a single subscriber can have different profiles for
each network type, device used, location, or time-of-day.
Originally developed as a system integrator’s toolkit,
the neXus platform simplifies the definition and deployment
of network call-flows, automates daily tasks for network
operators, and provides subscriber/service monitoring and
troubleshooting tools for network operators and call center
personnel.
When deploying the neXus platform in a broadband network,
system integrators can use the building blocks provided by
the platform to deliver custom solutions as well as to use
or modify some of its pre-integrated
solutions.
